The 30-MinUTE ACUPUNCTURE Reset
Sometimes you don't need a full treatment plan, just a reset. Ten needles, five points, thirty minutes. This is a maintenance treatment for when you're feeling a little off without a specific complaint, or when you need care that's lighter on both time and cost. Rooted in a protocol designed to bring relief to any body, it's a simple way to come in, rest, and get back to your day.

MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage is medicine. Our therapeutic approach targets pain and symptom management to create real structural change in the body. Paired with acupuncture, massage is particularly effective for trigger points, chronic tension, and pain relief.
Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, building a post-workout care routine, or simply need to release what your body's been holding onto, our licensed massage therapist will tailor every session to your needs.

CUPPING
A long-standing Chinese therapy using glass or plastic vessels suctioned to the body along strategic pathways. Cupping treats pain and inflammation, promotes blood flow, and is particularly effective for deep scar tissue, muscle knots, and swelling. Cupping is also a wellness alternative for patients who prefer to avoid needles.
Cupping performed within an acupuncture session is included at no additional cost. When booking online, select your acupuncture appointment and click "View Add-Ons" to include it.
Standalone Cupping Session — $40 / 30-minutes
MICRONEEDLING
A natural cosmetic treatment for overall brightness and improved skin texture. Using a fine-needle pen, we create controlled micro-injuries that activate your skin's natural repair response, stimulating collagen and elastin for firmer, more elastic skin. Paired with body acupuncture and finished under our light panel with a cooling aloe mask. Best suited for patients under age 65.
